The lower unit of the villa is a studio with private entrance (sea view, terrace access) with twin joinable beds, a small seating area (TV, A/C, mini hifi) with a sofa bed (may accommodate a child), a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower
Outdoors: Apart from the separate veranda in each unit there is a very large patio - veranda, protected from the sun and the summer heat by a pergola. The whole area is stone-built and it has a small built-in sofa and a table at the one end, a barbeque with a mini fridge and a bar at the other end, and a large marble dining table with outdoor chairs in the middle. This veranda is ideal for gatherings and events, such as dinner parties. Enjoy at the swimming pool area unforgettable moments all day long
