This gorgeous waterfront residence is located in Faragas, in one of the most beautiful and serene spots of Paros, overlooking Cycladic islets floating on the bluest of blue seas.

With a generous living space of 450 square meters, this six bedroom/seven bathroom villa can welcome up to 12 guests and is a perfect retreat for large groups of friends or families who appreciate high-end accommodations in an idyllic scenery.

Spread in a main house and two independent guest houses, this stunning Cycladic property is all about spacious living and cool, relaxing vibes. And it all starts from its privileged location: set just above a secluded sandy beach, the villa opens to embrace panoramic views of the Aegean, the bay of Faragas, and sunsets that are nothing short of spectacular.

An amazing L-shape infinity pool blends into the landscape and dominates the exterior spaces. Terraces and balconies offer ample seating and lounge areas, daybeds, sunbeds, as well as a shaded dining area, with multiple vantage points to take in those vistas all day and into the night.

Inspired by traditional architecture, the interiors are white and minimal with a fresh, uplifting feel. Multiple windows allow the picture-perfect seascape in, and the furnishings are strategically sparse so that nothing takes the focus from the beauty outside. There are arches and built-in elements, and the all-white décor is accentuated by choice design details in rustic wood. The same airy ambience continues into the bedrooms which are especially large and utterly inviting, while the pristine white bathrooms are a statement of Cycladic minimalism.

To enhance the feel of luxurious pampering, the villa provides all the modern amenities, including live-in staff who take care of daily housekeeping and breakfast preparation. The guests may never want to leave this stylish retreat. Still, with a beach just 80 meters away, the beach of Faragas at half a kilometre away, and the village of Alyki at 3 km, they have plenty of options if they so choose!
