This residence is located in the area of Agrari, in the southern part of Mykonos, overlooking the Cycladic sandy beaches of Agrari and Elia. This unique location capitalizes on the glorious sunrises, which you can enjoy even while you are in bed. The villa is distinguished by its coveted design and the elevated setting, which redefines open-air living. Feel the sea breeze from a variety of cosy outdoor sitting areas and enjoy your amazing stay contemplating at the Aegean Sea.

The villa comprises one main building volume, 1 guest house and 1 guest suite.

The main house unfolds in three different levels and accommodates 6 guests. On the upper level the master bedroom with en suite bathroom projects luxury and simplicity. The wooden double bed, with the white strips falling from the top, overlooks the crystal blue waters of Agrari Beach. In the Ground floor there is a dining area, with a large wooden table sitting 12 people comfortably, plus a perfectly equipped kitchen. At the other side of this level there is a large and relaxing living room decorated with minimal furniture designed by Ralph Lauren. The huge couches, the lounge chairs, the astonishing sea views combined with the atmospheric lighting of the house and the perfect sound system, create an inspiring and relaxing atmosphere. On the lower level there is a quiet reading room and two sea view bedrooms. Specifically, one master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a double bed and one more bedroom with two single beds and its own bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to the beautiful verandas with mesmerizing views to Agrari beach and the garden.

The villa includes also an independent guest pool house, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom with the double bed on the upper floor offers an excellent sunrise view and the rocky double bedroom on the ground floor overlooks the swimming pool. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The guest house also offers a mini kitchen. A small living room area with a comfortable sofa gives a relaxing touch to this part of the residence.
